Refund & Return


We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or manufacture. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.

Return (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return of the product within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer.
Customers are only charged a maximum of one shipping fee (including returns); no restocking fees are charged to consumers for returned products.

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will email you a receipt notification. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. If approved, we'll process your refund and automatically apply the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within seven business days.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company and it may take a while for your refund to be officially released. Then contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.
